Calendar Color Code. By default, all outlook events are the same color. It involves categorizing your events and assigning a specific color to each category.

Change your calendar’s color schemes by clicking the three dots next to each calendar under “my calendars.” you can choose from 24 standard colors, or you can click the +. Choose from a palette of 48 colors and assign the right one to each calendar.
